Calendar Ordering information 月曆訂做需知 :

2. Follow the website indicate to order 按網站內指示的步驟選定要求項目，
3. Enter fur baby’s name (if need) and the calendar color (designed by us when you no requested).
輸入毛孩姓名 (如需要)、月曆主色 (如冇特別要求, 可由我司選擇)、聯絡電話
4. Must upload photos more than 1MB each , pls., also have requests上存相片(每張相片需要1MB或以上)，月曆相片要求；
 - At least 13pcs (1pc per monthly + 1pc for Cover) 最少13張 (每月1張 + 封面1張)
5. Upon received the order, we will contact you to confirm that the photo is available. 收到訂單，我們會聯絡客人確認相片是否適用，
6. Send the payment slip for us. 客人付款並提供入賬記錄
7. We will provide 2 layouts for your select within 7 working days. 約7工作天提供(layout)
8. To be confirm 待全部稿件確認，約14個工作天，完成製作並可出貨。

3. Note: Customers must upload photos more than 1MB each. 請注意，客戶需上傳 1MB或以上的相片。

食品訂購須知 Pet Food Order Policy :

2. Orders must be placed at least 5 days in advance. 製作須時，建議最好於5天前預訂。
3. Payment is settled within 2 working days once the order confirmed. 訂單確應後須於2個工作天內繳付全數作實。
4. Delivery: Through S.F. Express and paid by the buyer. 送遞方式 : 順豐送運，由買家自付。
5. All of our products are freshly manufactured and will not be refunded or replaced once the goods are sold.
本公司所有產品皆新鮮製造，貨品一經售出恕不退款或更換。
